These rates are for 2026 and are listed in US Dollars.
Low Season (May - November). $109/night . . . 10% discount for 7 nights ($687) . . . 20% discount for 28 nights ($2442)*
High Season (Dec - April) $149/night . . . 5% discount for 7 nights ($991) . . . 15% discount for 28 nights ($3546)*
Christmas/New Years and Easter. $225/night : 7 night minimum ($1575/week)
All rentals will be charged an additional 16% Lodging Tax.
*Extended Rentals (14+ days) pay the cost of electricity usage during their stay.
We have a 5 night minimum stay (except holiday weeks, which have a minimum stay of 7 nights).
The deposit for electricity is handled upon arrival through a credit card voucher or cash deposit. We currently only accept payment for rent through our listing on www.VRBO.com/210722 or by check/M.O. paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
