Last minute travelers (10 days or less) may ask for a discount from us and we will consider it (depending on the season). Don't be afraid to ask, one never knows!
For extended stays of 28+ nights (low or mid-season), we charge just a bit over the cost of a two week stay, plus the cost of electricity. So if you don't leave the AC running 24/7 - this can be quite a bargain. This arrangement has worked really well for us and we have many repeat long term guests.
